Getting stuck in life is something you cannot avoid. If the reason for getting stuck is external, there is very little you can do. But if it is internal, you have so much control and agency to reverse it, or at least you can do something rather than brooding over the situation.

The truth is we think life is linear, and we are prepared for obstacles that come our way. Rather than sitting down and fixing the issues, we get emotional and stress over the problem. But it doesn’t have to be that way; by employing the right mindset and tools, we can unstuck ourselves.

To see the progress in life, we have to look at problems differently. We shouldn’t consider them as threats; instead, we have to think about what the information is that we are oblivious to at the current moment. When information is not obvious, we think of issues as a challenge.

Anatomy of a Breakthrough is a good read but demands your attention. It isn’t an easy read, and the writing is a bit dry. I would have appreciated the book a little more if the book content was more accessible and abstractness was lowered. However, I recommend this book.
