Viktor Frankl, the author of the book Man’s search for meaning, said, “Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” Although the word “attitude” is butchered into several interpretations, the standard meaning is how we view things.
We humans react to the situations rather than understanding what is really happening in the moment. Our attitude towards things determines how we deal with them. If you react too quickly, you are more likely to make errors, as you didn’t take in the information.
Attitude is your superpower; it is conscious of its content. It doesn’t preach fancy stuff; it addresses toxic positivity and its limitations. Much of the book content is written from the author’s experience. It’s a good book for beginners, especially for those who are in the business sector.
